Favourite Film: Having 2 young daughters I don’t have the time these days for films or cinema. This means I tend to watch what is popular with my girls or YouTube Shorts.
Favourite Holiday: My best holiday so far was either Vegas/New York with my friends or Mexico with my husband – our first holiday together & I completed my lifelong dream to swim with dolphins.
Favourite Food: Anything spicy so Mexican food or American – fajitas, enchiladas, pulled pork, chilli, spicy pasta, pepperoni pizza…the list goes on!
Favourite things to do in my spare time: My “spare time” is spent taking the girls to Taekwondo, Gymnastics, Football and the various other activities they have on. Walking my little dog, Betty, is good for the body & good for the mind.
