She promises to support you from the initial enquiry to approval of your mortgage application right up to the day you get your keys and step into your new home.
Stephanie joined us early in 2021 to help expand our mortgage offering to meet growing demands for our 5-star* Mortgage & Protection service as rated by our clients. With almost two decades of experience under her belt, Stephanie excelled working for various high street banks and was headhunted for a flagship branch in Aberdeen, where she trained as a Mortgage Manager.
Client-focussed with a kind and reassuring nature; Stephanie looks to remove as much of the stress out of the mortgage process as possible. She is consistently complimented on her ability to keep things simple and for finding solutions with minimal effort from her clients.
Areas of Expertise:
Mortgages – Stephanie offers an in-depth, experienced and tailored Mortgage Advice service. Each client is given a clear solution in relation to their particular life stage and circumstances. Her advice ranges from helping first time buyers; home movers; those looking to remortgage or coming to the end of their fixed rate period and would like to reduce their term and overall cost of their mortgage; clients who want to become Landlords or Landlords who want to review their existing Buy-to-Let portfolios. Stephanie also prides herself on helping those who don’t fit the standard criteria to find a suitable mortgage and rises to the challenge!
Stephanie can offer a comprehensive range of first charge mortgages from across the market, which lenders make available to mortgage intermediaries, for which we will be paid a procuration fee by the lender.
Insurance and Protection – With a property very likely to be the biggest purchase our clients ever make we always recommend the appropriate cover is taken out. Stephanie has the expertise to advise what cover is required to plan for the mortgage repayments being met in the event of injury, illness or death – offering peace of mind that the property you buy (and your loved ones) are protected and can remain in the home during difficult times.
Stephanie is down to earth, approachable, professional, caring and reliable. The majority of the business she does is from returning clients or through recommendations due to her high standards of service, her approach to taking the time to really get to know her clients and, from her excellent track record of achieving results.
Your home or other property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
Some buy to let mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
