Nikki provides essential administrative support to Emma and Louise to help ensure all client relationships are nurtured and maintained in line with our company values. Nikki is responsible for helping to manage all our client servicing-related tasks, namely our Annual Review Process and loyalty programme. She prepares all client documentation ahead of meetings, makes sure our systems are updated with our client details and that we have the appropriate documentation in place to always remain compliant.
Reliable, enthusiastic, organised and kind, Nikki, who also happens to be Donna’s sister, is a fantastic addition to our team!
