Laura-Anne Scott

Her journey into Financial Services began back in 2003 when Laura-Anne joined the company Buildstore, where she loyally stayed until joining PW & Partners 18 years later. During her time there she worked within many different departments dealing with self-build mortgage applications from Agreement in Principle to mortgage offer, offer to mortgage completion and also within the Customer Support side helping clients with their stage release payments at key stages of their project.

Laura-Anne also worked as a Project Underwriter where she would review planning, plans, construction type and clients costing schedules to ensure that they all fell within the lender requirements that had been recommended. She also prepared a costing forecast for the clients so they had details of what funds would be available to them during the different build stages.

This wealth of experience has meant Laura-Anne has joined our team and hit the ground running. Within her role at PW & Partners, her main duties include: diary management; preparing client files for mortgage appointments; helping Mortgage Advisors with sourcing the right product for their clients; point of contact for clients (in addition to the Mortgage Advisor) throughout mortgage process; liaising with professional advisors (Solicitor, Estate Agents, Surveyors, etc); maintaining office systems and ensuring all documents are compliant.
