Favourite things to do in my spare time: Meeting up with family and friends, going for a meal and a few wines, travelling, walking, keeping fit and I love to shop!
Kerry’s experience in Financial Services is expansive and began back in 2002 over in Dublin where she worked for Liberty Asset Management. With a move back to Scotland, Kerry worked as a Mortgage Administrator for the Mortgage Advice Company based in Glasgow. Here she gained invaluable experience submitting and processing mortgage applications, creating suitability letters, life insurance and general insurance. Further roles across central Scotland gave Kerry the ability to expand her knowledge and experience further; including roles where customer service and relationship building were key. Before she joined PW & Partners, Kerry had been promoted to Customer Support Manager within Buildstore’s (Self-build Mortgage Provider) expanding team. Here she would build solid relationships with clients from the point of loan offer until the property completed which could last around 2-3 years.
Her role within PW & Partners pulls in and harnesses all Kerry’s previous experience. Her typical day revolves around preparing files for client appointments; sourcing mortgage products on behalf of the Advisers; submitting agreements in principle; submitting mortgage applications; gathering supporting documents and information to support mortgage applications and obtaining loan offers until mortgage funds are released to solicitors.
Kerry’s overall understanding within the mortgage market from development finance (people building property for profit) to Self-Build finance and Residential to Buy-to-let is fantastic. She takes great pride in excelling in the service she provides to our clients.
