Favourite things to do in my spare time: I’m very family orientated and love spending time with my nieces. Socialising and dinner out with my friends followed by a night at the cinema is always something I look forward to. And I love cosy nights in with my little cat Lulu.
Donna joined the team in 2018 as a self-employed member of the team and became an employed member of the team in May 2021. She has an incredible 38 plus years’ experience in the financial services industry, 14 of those within St. James’s Place as Paraplanner.
Donna provides a very professional experience in her complex role. She supports our Financial Advisers with Retirement Planning by finding the right client solutions for their individual requirements and objectives.
She undertakes product research, obtains illustrations, and uses analytical software to review our clients existing arrangements. She then carries out cash flow analysis and pulls this comprehensive research together into a detailed suitability report. She will also help implement recommendations, prepare and maintaining compliant client files and formulate Annual Reviews.
Her previous industry experience, Donna worked for Standard life as a Regional Administration Manager and then as a National Administration Manager with AXA before joining St. James’ Place in 2007.
